Terms of Service

1. Service

We source Pokémon cards and related products sold in Japan from Japanese suppliers and sell and ship them to customers abroad. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company or other rights holders.

2. Account

An account is required to purchase. Please keep your information accurate and your password secure.

3. Orders

A sales contract is formed when your payment is completed.

Prices follow the Japanese market and may change; the price shown when you order applies.

If we cannot source the item (out of stock, major price change, etc.), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Shipping and duties

We usually ship by EMS within 7 business days after your order. For US orders, we prepay import duties and charge them at checkout. For other countries, duties and taxes may be charged to you on delivery.

5. Returns and cancellation

As described in our Legal Notice.

6. Prohibited conduct

False registrations or orders, fraudulent payments, interfering with the site, or any unlawful activity.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over our location in Japan has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
